How many outlets do you have?
We have 6 outlets in Singapore currently.
Operating daily from 11AM to 9:30PM.

Can I walk-in for ear piercing?
Yes, however booking is recommended if you need 2 technicians so that we can arrange it beforehand for you.

Can I reschedule my ear piercing appointment?
You may reschedule your appointment by calling the outlet you have selected in your booking.
Are the earrings seen on your website for sale, for piercing?
The earrings on our website are not meant for piercing. Our piercing earrings can only be viewed in stores, thus not available online.
What are the safety measures taken due to Covid-19?
We sanitize regularly and wear gloves before piercing. Mask and temperature checks are mandatory.
*All of our piercing earrings are individually sealed in a disposable cartridge to minimize physical contact. They are guaranteed sterilized, thus hygienic.
Do you provide free shipping?
Free shipping is provided for local orders of $30 and above. The discount is applied automatically during checkout.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Overseas shipping is available at $20 SGD.
